Foundations of the Medicine Wheel
A four-day immersion in natural, cyclical leadership — with horses
This four-day introduction to natural, cyclical leadership centres on the Medicine Wheel — the wheel of the four seasons and the cardinal directions. You will discover how this ancient, living structure opens up new perspectives, while at the same time offering insight, integration, calm and direction.
You will be introduced to a flexible anchor for your leadership, both personal and professional. We work experientially, through your own process and that of the group, complemented by inspiring case studies, reflection and creative exercises.
What makes this edition truly special is the setting: Paardsparadijs, a place where Icelandic horses live in a piece of unspoilt nature.Including overnight stays on site.

Day 1 & 2 – Connecting with the Medicine WheelGetting to know the power, layers and possibilities of the Wheel
Opening ritual and first exploration
Introduction to the origins and workings of the Medicine Wheel
A combination of theory, reflection and experiential exercises
Working with constellations on the Wheel
Learning from your own process and that of others
Practising together in a warm, natural environment, surrounded by horses
These days are fully dedicated to your personal connection with the Wheel.
Day 3 – Application in professional contextsThe Wheel as a tool for leadership, coaching and organisational development
How does the Medicine Wheel work in organisations, teams, coaching or education?
How do you translate your personal process from the first days into your professional context and commitments?
Learning through practical examples and inspiring cases
Designing your own application of the Wheel in a professional or societal context
Ritual presentation of your developed practice to the group
Day 4 – Creation and integrationCreating your own Medicine Wheel and anchoring your intention
You paint your personal Medicine Wheel on natural textiles, using natural pigments
Creative integration of everything you have learned and experienced
You connect your intention to the Wheel you create
We close with an initiation moment for your Medicine Wheel and a shared ritual
Guidance
Lies Daenen is your trainer throughout this four-day journey and will guide you through your exploration of the Medicine Wheel.
Inge Wiame supports the process and is your host at Paardsparadijs.

Where
Paardsparadijs is located in the beautiful Jordan Valley, in the hamlet of Honsem. This hidden gem of natural beauty is home to Icelandic horses as well as seekers of nature and tranquillity. We stay in the on-site holiday accommodation.
Language
The training will be held in Dutch.

Group size
Because we work with constellations and deep interaction, the group is intentionally kept small.Maximum 12 participants.The training will take place with a minimum of 6 paid registrations.
