Wheels of Wisdom Basic Training - Winter 4-day event

This four-day introduction to natural, cyclical leadership focuses on the Medicine Wheel—the wheel of the four seasons and cardinal directions. You'll discover how this ancient, living structure opens new perspectives while simultaneously offering insight, healing, peace, and direction.

You'll be introduced to a flexible anchor for your leadership, both personally and professionally. We'll work experientially, using your own process and that of the group, supplemented with inspiring case studies, reflection, and creative exercises.

Program:

Day 1 & 2: Connecting with the Medicine Wheel: Getting to know the power, layers and possibilities of the Wheel

·       Opening ritual and first exploration

·       Introduction to the origin and functioning of the Medicine Wheel

·       Combination of theory, reflection and experiential exercises

·       Working with constellations on the wheel

·       Learning from your own process and that of others

·       Practice together in a warm, homely environment

These days are completely dedicated to your personal connection with the wheel.

Day 3: Application in professional situations: The Wheel as a tool for leadership, coaching and organizational development

·       How does the Medicine Wheel work in organizations, teams, coaching or education?

·       Learning through practical examples and inspiring cases

·       Design your own application of the wheel in a professional or social context

·       Ritual presentation of your developed work form to the group

Day 4: Creation and Integration: Creating Your Own Medicine Wheel and Anchoring Your Intention

·       You paint your personal Medicine Wheel on natural textiles, with natural pigments

·       Creative integration of everything you have learned and experienced

·       You connect your intention to the wheel you create

·       We conclude with an initiation moment for your Medicine Wheel and a joint ritual

Because we work with constellations and deep interaction, the group size is deliberately kept small. So don't hesitate to register!

Maximum 6 participants. The training will proceed with at least 3 paid registrations.

Investment for the four-day event:

Including guidance, location, lunch (day 2 and 3), drinks, and materials for making your Medicine Wheel.
